Served over whole grain penne pasta with sauteed red onions, peppers, and zucchini. Topped off with a few lemon wedges and smothered in our legendary lemon garlic piccata sauce. A must have.
New Orleans Strip
We took our time with this one. Marinated for 12 hours in our one of a kind New Orleans bourbon glaze, this steak starts off sweet, but ends with a kick. You wont find anything like this anywhere else. Served with basil red potatoes and mouthwatering asparagus. Top it off with that sweet bayou bourbon drizzle and you might feel like you're really in the big easy. It wont be so easy to not get addicted to this meat though. It's LIKE THAT.
Lemon Zest Tofu (VEGAN)
Vegans are some of the most loving, compassionate people on this earth. That's why we dedicated half our menu to plant based options. The foundation of that cruelty free side of the house is the Lemon Zest Tofu. Literally multiple vegans on record calling this the best tofu ever. Just the right amount of lemon zest, grilled the way tofu should be. Not soft and squishy, or dry and hard. After pressing the access moisture out of the extra firm tofu we let it soak up our lemon zest tofu marinade for 24 hours. Ensuring a burst of flavor with every bite. Served with whole grain rice and blanched broccoli. Topped with lemon wheels.

Teleport yourself to a vacation with these pineapple ginger teriyaki chicken meatballs. Soaked in a hot and sweet Macrobites sauce and served with fresh pineapple chunks over whole grain penne.
Southwest Salad (VEGAN)
Another one for the vegans. Super hearty and filling for a salad with no meat. Black beans, tomatoes, red onions, sweet corn, red cabbage, and a zesty Italian sauce over baby spinach. A mighty vegan bowl that represents for the southwest.

A new item that started as a burger is quickly gaining traction in our vegan community. Julienned shrooms drizzled with balsamic glaze, on a bed of spinach with black beans, whole grain rice, caramelized onions and fresh tomatoes. Nothing but the best.
